Bill Robbins
Bill Robbins is an attorney-at-law and the owner of Rolfes, Garvey, Walker, and Robbins. He was born in Rushville, Indiana, but has lived most of his life in Greensburg. He is a 1964 graduate of Wabash College. Upon the completion of his undergraduate coursework, Bill attended the Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana, where he graduated with a doctor of jurisprudence (J.D.) degree in 1967. He was a member of Phi Delta Phi and Blue key in his college years.

Professionally, Bill is a founding owner of RGWR Law, and he has served in the roles of Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Decatur County, Indiana (1968-1974), as well as the county's Prosecutor (1975-1979). Bill is a member of the Decatur County, Indiana State, and American Bar Associations.
